Hritik Raj · Jaipur, India

I turn curiosity into working prototypes.

I'm a BBA student and independent builder. QuantumYam is my personal lab — where I explore AI, research methods, business thinking and automation, and turn the most useful ideas into small, honest digital products.

Hritik Raj — building & learning

Business student, builder's mindset.

I study business by day and build with AI tools by night — QuantumYam is where the two meet.

AI × Business × Automation

My name is Hritik Raj. I'm an undergraduate business student at Vivekananda Global University in Jaipur, and I'm more interested in how things actually work than in credentials. While my degree covers retail management, markets and operations, most of my energy goes into self-directed learning: researching how AI tools work, testing them against real problems, and documenting what holds up.

I'm not a trained software engineer, and I don't pretend to be one. I build the way many people my age are learning to build — close to the tools, with a lot of iteration. What I bring is patience for research, a habit of finishing small things, and a genuine interest in the intersection of AI, productivity, education and business.

QuantumYam is the umbrella for all of it: a place to run experiments, ship modest prototypes, and learn in public — with an honest record of what works and what doesn't.

Projects, honestly labelled.

Every project below carries its real status — live prototype, concept or paused. No inflated claims, no fictional metrics.

QAPI Router

AI Infrastructure

Live prototype

A personal AI-gateway that sits between an app and multiple LLM providers. It accepts OpenAI-compatible requests, routes them across providers, and keeps the connection alive with fallback routes — so a failing provider doesn't break the app behind it.

What's verified working

  • OpenAI-compatible API
  • Provider routing
  • Fallback routes
  • Gateway keys
  • Usage insights
  • Routing playground

Built with

  • Cloudflare Workers
  • Next.js UI
  • TypeScript

My role

Designed and built the gateway and its interface as an independent project.

Q Mind

Personal AI · Second brain

Concept — in design

A personal AI second-brain: one place where notes, research and conversations become searchable memory instead of scattered files. The idea is capture with zero friction, then let retrieval do the organising.

I'm deliberately designing before building — mapping how information should flow in, how it should be recalled, and what a first useful version actually needs. Shown here is a concept illustration, not a product screenshot.

Exploring

  • Capture flows
  • Retrieval & memory
  • Review habits

QFT — QuantumYam for Teachers

Education technology

Early prototype — currently offline

An experiment in how AI could support teachers inside real classrooms — reducing the preparation and admin work that eats their evenings, not adding another tool to learn.

A first prototype was built and deployed for testing. It is not live right now — the demo is offline while I rethink the approach based on what the first version taught me.

Status

Paused · learning from the first prototype before rebuilding.

YamCall

Smart alarm · Concept

A smart-alarm concept that wakes you with a simulated incoming call and a short wake-up interaction — harder to sleep through than a snooze button, friendlier than a normal alarm. Currently a documented concept; no build to show yet.

Concept

What I can actually do.

Grouped by how well I know them — no inflated proficiency bars.

A·Use regularly

  • Research & information gathering
  • AI-assisted workflows — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity
  • Documentation, writing & presentations
  • Spreadsheets & accounting fundamentals
  • Basic web development (HTML/CSS)

B·Have experimented with

  • Cloudflare Workers — deployed QAPI Router
  • Supabase
  • Vercel
  • Docker
  • Ollama — local models

C·Currently learning

  • APIs & integrations
  • JavaScript
  • Automation workflows
  • Product & market research methods

Learning here means actively studying and practising — not professional level.

Education & hands-on experience.

Education

Bachelor of Business Administration — Retail Management

Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur

Undergraduate business studies with a retail-management focus — covering markets, operations, consumer behaviour and the fundamentals of running a business.

Self-directed learning

Ongoing

The parallel curriculum: AI tools, research methods, automation and web basics — learned by building the projects on this page.

Experience

Warehouse Operations — Reliance Solar Project

Approx. six months, on site

Around six months of hands-on warehouse-operations work associated with the Reliance Solar Project. It gave me a ground-level view of how large operations actually run — and lasting respect for the systems and discipline behind them.

Independent builder — QuantumYam

Ongoing

Self-directed work: researching AI tools, shipping prototypes like QAPI Router, and documenting what I learn along the way.

What I'm digging into.

A living list of the areas I read about, test tools against and keep notes on. No publications — just honest, ongoing curiosity.

R·01

AI-assisted workflows

How far AI can carry a real task end-to-end — writing, research, code and where it still breaks.

R·02

Business & market research

Turning open information into decisions: sizing ideas, studying competitors, testing demand.

R·03

Financial research

Reading company fundamentals and following markets as a way to sharpen analytical thinking.

R·04

Entrepreneurship & digital products

What it takes to take a small product from idea to something a stranger would use.

R·05

Education technology

Where AI genuinely helps teachers and students — the question behind QFT.

R·06

Automation & productivity

Personal systems that reduce friction: capture, retrieval, reminders and focused work.
